Inspection & Metrology Infrastructure

Equipped with CMMs(proposed), UTM, Brinell Truemet Hardness Tester, roughness tester, gauges, and testing instruments for dimensional and structural accuracy.

Continuous Improvement & Audit Culture

Regular internal audits, calibration programs, and quality training ensure ongoing compliance and performance optimization.

Compliance with Defence & Aerospace Standards

Processes align with DRDO, HAL, and OFB quality requirements, adhering to international defence manufacturing protocols and documentation systems.

Material Test Certificates (MTCs)-

All inputs whether SS, Aluminium Grades or EN Series are traceable through supplier MTCs and validated against defence and industrial standards before machining or fabrication begins.
